Meet Brittany

I am a wife and mother of two. I started my fitness journey with a local crossfit class, and loved it. I bought jax boots in December of 2016, and continued my fitness journey which led me to start teaching the class in April 2017. I loved it but wanted something more. I wanted to create a safe place for people to express themselves. To be able to build themselves up, inspire themselves, and others, have fun, and stay fit! I'm on an incrediable journey, teaching and learning about myself everyday, but I love doing it along side all of you <3

Dance2Fit

Brittany is a certified Dance2Fit instructor, and will be adding these classes to the Jump Mixx schedule. This class is a mixture of dance and fitness. Keeping sweating and shedding calories a priority. Come have some fun, no dance experience required. 

Jumpin' Jax Classes

Jump Mixx is happy to add this option to classes. So what is Jumpin' Jax?  This is a low impact cardio class that targets your legs, glutes, and core muscles. Jumpin elevates your heart rate and requires you to use your main muscle groups. You burn 25% more calories in a shorter time, build posture, and improves your cardiovascular fitness. Jumpin is good for all fitness levels, and everyone works to their comfort level. 

Jax Boot Camp

This Class is newer and is a HIIT style work out. It stems off of jumpin' jax class, and boots are worn. It is a high intense class of  intervals and strengthening. Weights incorporated, and a killer workout. This class can be a variation of a TABATA style workout, to a floor routine, to complete cardio mixed with strength. All in all we work hard and feel great!!

Mommy and Baby Fitness Workout & Play

What is this?

Becoming a mommy is such an exciting and challenging time. Mommy and Baby Fitness is a program created by Andrea Grace to connect moms and babies. Making time for ourselves is hard, and this program will allow you to add the fitness component back into your routine all while connecting with your baby. 

What to Expect?

Mommy and baby classes will offer some fitness excercises for you to get back into feeling fit and fabulous. You will work with your little one with you at all times. Need to feed baby no worries make yourself comfortable and tend to your babies needs. Have other children, we have child care for them for the first part of class, the second part of class will be joining together and connecting and learning with some parachute fun!

Goals

Postpartum is real, it happens to us without even knowing what it is. Being a mom of two babes, I get it. Its hard, painful, lonely. My goal is to create a safe place for moms to come and laugh, cry, feel supported. Finding time for yourself after a baby is hard and getting out of the house and connecting is so important. Lets start this journey together and help each other out!
